It’s Tuesday and it’s time for another QA tip!

Every week, we share what we call, "Tip Tuesday." These are bits of best practices to help awesome clinicians even better in documenting. We came about calling them tips because they are not anything new but simple reminders of the simple things that tend to be overlooked. We hope you find our tips refreshing.

“If the patient takes medication for pain management, verify the specific pain medication in the medication profile and always include the names of the pain medication in your documentation. This is especially helpful in assessing patients that have more than one pain medication.”
